Policies for Steeple Playhouse
Refund and Exchange Policy
All tickets and subscriptions are non-refundable.
All requests for ticket exchanges must be received at least 24 hours before the original performance.
Tickets may only be exchanged between performances of the same production.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

Ticket Availability:
Tickets are available for purchase online until 2 hours prior to curtain. The box office opens 60 minutes before curtain. Tickets may be purchased at the door if seating is available.

Parking and Accessibility:
Parking may be available in the city lot at 6th and Willaim St. Metered street parking is free on evenings and weekends. The wheelchair-accessible entrance is on the 6th St. side of the building, facing city hall.

Cancellations:
In the event of a performance cancellation, ticket holders will be notified. Ticket purchasers may be refunded or contacted and given the option of a refund, exchange, or donation of the value of their ticket.

Group Ticket Sales:
Purchasing ten or more tickets at the same time for the same performance qualifies for a 10% discount. The discount applies automatically during the check-out process. It is not available for special productions. Call the box office for details.

Outside Food or Drink:
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the Steeple Playhouse. Disruptive guests may be removed at the discretion of Your Theatre.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Steeple Playhouse). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
